The Peoplefüd pack started with a simple question; Why did Davyds dogs keep passing away from cancer?
After Davyd Smith lost his second dog to cancer at a relatively young age, he started to wonder if their diet might have contributed to their deaths. So he began researching dog nutrition and learning from and becoming, an expert in the field.
That allowed him to help out Jon Pagnozzi when his then 14-year-old cattle dog, Wylie, stopped eating. Together Jon and Davyd started cooking for Wylie. Little did they know, they were also founding Peoplefüd. After just three months on the new diet, Wylie’s coat grew shiny, the spring was back in her step and just after her 15th birthday, she summited a 14,000 foot mountain peak near the Continental Divide.
Jon and Davyd decided that they owed it to other dog lovers everywhere to share their experience and they began their quest to found a business built on helping dogs live longer, healthier lives.
In addition to making the what they beleave is the best food on the market for dogs, Davyd and Jon also teach dog nutrition classes for other people to learn to make healthy food for their dogs.
